The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Farid Emadi, announced that the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has launched seasonal updates for its distinguished smart applications.
Emadi said in a press statement that
The new updates will serve the plans, strategy and work mechanism of the Ministry of Awqaf, in addition to spreading the documented legal science and the tolerant Sharia teachings that lead us to what is beneficial in light of a moderate approach that reflects the long history of the Ministry of Awqaf in this bright side.
Emadi indicated that the move of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs comes in compliance with the state's directions for digital transformation and the use of all available technical resources to deliver targeted messages to the general public.
Emadi pointed out that the most prominent updates to the application of Islamic content included adding a new design to the home page and the feature of calling WhatsApp, in addition to a good definition of the “About Us” page, adding a link to the official website of the Ministry, and the feature of searching for visuals separately.
Emadi continued, and the updates also included the addition of a search for audios, a search for sermons and conferences, in addition to a search for Ramadan and a link for Ramadan in your home.
Emadi said, as well as it has updated its distinguished application (Ramadan in your home), which included a complete change of the identity of the application, adding the calendar for Ramadan and the competition, uploading legal and religious materials, and the most prominent fatwas related to the blessed month of Ramadan.
